Grape varieties: 70% Falanghina, 30% Coda di Pecora (ancient native vine from Campania)
Alcohol: 11,5% vol
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; maceration on the skins in open vats for seven days;
Aging: in steel for five months; refermentation at the end of february 2020 with white must and a small part of red must; no filtration, clarification or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 8-10 °C
Food matches: perfect as an aperitife
