Originally thought and conceived with the desire to make a 5-row Negroamaro, with yields of 5 quintals of grapes, vinified with 5 days of contact on the skins, today it's a Primitivo with the same purpose as its predecessor, that is to obtain a direct, non-aggressive and light wine. And here it's, in all its splendor and drinkability!
