About him: a delicious wine, with incredible fruit expression and great precision. Pale ruby colour, with entrancing aromas of very fresh red fruits, accompanied by subtle notes of spices and a mineral touch.On the palate it's super vital, with a light body and tannins present but not intrusive. A fresh, vertical and very dry wine, which, despite having spent 12 months longer in oak than the traditional version, maintains a drink marked by fresh and very clean red fruits. An example of winemaking without input, with great precision and quality. TOP!!!
