CAT SILVER N°1 2019 Strohmeier

"Cat Silver", as the Strohmeier call the silicate stones with very thin layers that sparkle on the soil of all their vineyards. It's a true portrait of the winery, a megablend made up of all the grapes present in all the vineyards, including some PiWi hybrids. White grapes (Sauvignon blanc, Pinot blanc, Chardonnay, Bronner, Muscaris, Büten-Muskateller) and red (Souvignier gris) and dark grapes (Zweigelt, Blauer Wildbacher, Cabernet Jura, Merlot, Rösler, Regent).

Definable as a mélange of grapes from Styria, where some are pressed directly and others macerated in contact with the skins.
Rosé or Orange, in any case a bomb of sapidity to go crazy, citrus and delicate spicy notes with an infinite freshness!
