Two notes on the label: in 2013, when the adventure of the friends of the Sete Project began, the first experiments of the different winemaking methods were made in a "clandestine" cellar. This wine is a tribute to their beginnings. The scissors and the corkscrew symbolically represent work and conviviality, an important part of the essence of their (and not only) daily life.
