Molette from forty-year-old vines of the Domaine Trichon (Bugey Savoy), harvested and then vinified in her own cellar in the Jura by Alice Bouvot.
Direct press of the whole bunch without contact with the skins and brief relax of about a year in steel.
Delicate and clean, very floral and with almost spicy citrus sensations, with a saline and very stimulating finish.
