The portrait of Oriol's company and philosophy! A wine resulting from all the grapes present in its seven plots, with vines aged between 15 and 110 years!!!
Mostly composed of Pansa Blanca, but with about 20% obtained from the mix of grapes from all its vineyards; 7 days of maceration for 50% of the grapes, while the other 50% macerates for only 3 days.
Lots of citrus fruits, delicate salinity, as are the delicate olfactory and gustatory sensations reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub. Exquisite!!!
