Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; whole cluster maceration for about three weeks; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Aging: in steel for about one year
Serve at: 10-14° C
Food matches: mixed grilled fish
About him: the label sets the bar very high, with Gustave Doré's Dante crossing the furious Acheron on a boat and doesn't seem very sure of himself. May this infernal image not surprise you, Feu I, far from plunging into hell, pushes you into the paradise of aromatic white wines! On the nose, white pepper, tobacco, plum, sweet spices. On the palate, in harmony, it's long, lemony, salty (typical note of these wines of the sandy coast of Languedoc), while remaining very fresh. A juice of pure Languedoc terroir!!!
