Wine making: all the grapes ferment spontaneously together with carbonic maceration for ten days
Aging: in old oak barrels for about one year; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-14 °C
About him: another brilliant vintage of Jean Marc Dreyer! Finisterra is the portrait of all the white grapes of the domaine, macerated all together in carbonic which creates an even more beautiful effect! Of course it's not part of the "Origin" range because it's a blend, but it tastes like the fire of the Gods! A super complex wine from early youth, on beeswax and citrus fruits; then come the ripe fruits such as apricots, peaches, pears...and so on and so forth! Truly, it's a super wine that we are very curious to see again in a few years!
