Super elegant and super delicate! The short carbonic maceration is perceived only in the first sips, then the wine opens releasing a heavenly set of fruity notes based on small red fruits and herbs. Sapidity and acidity in perfect combination for a drink over the top!!! GORGEOUS!!!
