Exceptional fusion of Gamay from two different territories.
Half of the grapes come from the Vincent domain, therefore in Auvergne, while the other half comes from friendly winegrowers in Beaujolais.
The first were vinified with whole cluster maceration in fiberglass started by treading the grapes barefoot; the others always in fiberglass but in carbonic. Racking, pressing and mixing of both vats with free-run must and pressed must. In total about three weeks of maceration on the skins.
Half of the blend relax in steel and the other in old 15hl barrels for about eight months.
This is how Fusion was born, a spectacular interpretation of one of the most captivating grapes from beyond the Alps!
For the first ten minutes the carbonic and small red fruits rule the game, but as soon as it relax, it softens by releasing an immensity of sensations based on red fruits and flowers, then herbs, spices and lots of minerality with the addition of a delicate tannin that embellishes everything. One of the best drinks ever made!!!
