Serve at: 14-16° C
Food matches: super as an aperitif, but also excellent with mixed ground appetizers and not too tasty ground dishes
About him: aaaaahhhh la France! Very fresh Gamay dense with small fruits and red flowers, mineral, super glou glou and rien ne va plus!!!
