Alcohol: 13,5% vol

Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; grapes harvested when fully ripe and coming from young vines grown on semi-slopes; direct pressing for one third of the mass and two thirds carbonic maceration for two weeks
Aging: about one year in old 300-litre barrique; no added sulphites, no filtered or clarified
Serve at: 10-14° C
About him: the Favorita, an indigenous Piedmontese vine very close to Vermentino, here in a revisitation that bears the signature of a terroir and a more continental climate than average. So a nice acid base and lots of minerality, flavor, aroma in the manner of certain very aromatic Alsatian vines without however being exotic.
