Super fruity bomb!
Grignolino, Freisa and Barbera from approximately 40-year-old vineyards grown biodynamically by Paolo Angelino in Casale Monferrato.
The first two are pressed directly while the Barbera undergoes a carbonic maceration of approximately three weeks; the three vines are assembled at the end of fermentation and age in old 300 liter barriques.
Infinite aromaticity both in the aromas and on the palate with notes of red fruits, minerality and vitality that continuously encourage you to drink for a truly exceptional interpretation! Nice nice!!!
