About him: despite the dry summer of 2018, the Regent vineyard has made it great! Perfect bunches already in August, de-stemmed but kept intact to get a little carbonic effect. After a week the must was pressed and the juice continued to ferment in a large 2400 liter barrel. Every Wanderlust vintage comes with a surprise and this time it was the addition of 15% of Pinot Grigio 2017 macerated on the skins for about a week and a fabulous partner for this blend! Decanted and bottled in July 2018. SUPER FRESH!!!!
