Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay from Beaujolais, whose vines are planted on a terroir of Pierres Bleues (literally blue stone, the characteristic terroir of Brouilly)
Alcohol: 12% vol
Volume: 0,75l
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with direct whole bunch press without contact with the skins
Aging: in old 600 liter wooden barrels for two years; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-12° C
About him: super mix of scents such as citrus fruits and flowers. Lots of freshness and minerality on the sip. A true “K'uvée” for the “K'opins” (copains is French for friends or companions) for an easy drinking wine that is sure to please everyone!
The label was designed by Michel Tolmer, the famous artist who wrote the graphic novel Mimi, Fifi and Glouglou...a short treatise on tasting.
