Pinot Noir from Auvergne with very long maceration in whole bunches together with the juice of Chardonnay and Gamay both directly pressed.
Both in the aromas and on the palate it's expressed in a thousand sensations that vary from red fruits to herbaceous notes, then passing from mixed spices to licorice. Delicate tannin that rounds the whole, with a drinkability made perfect thanks to the vitality acquired by the freshness of the Chardonnay and Gamay. Unforgettable bottle!!!
