Grape variety: 100% Altesse from very old vineyards

Alcohol: 12,5% vol

Volume: 0,75l

Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; grapes harvested at the most advanced ripeness possible; two-week carbonic maceration, pressing followed by a further three months of maceration on the skins with manual punching down

Aging: for one year in old 300-liter barrique; no addition of sulphites, no filtered or clarified

Serve at: 10-14° C

About him: a magnificent Orange wine, "multifaceted". It begins with immediately perceptible citrus notes, to pass on to white fruits and delicate floral notes. Opening out the thousand facets based on minerals and spices, a large acid backbone that supports the drink and with a very long finish layer upon layer, which leaves you enchanted. Magnifique!
