About him: new cuvée of the limited series by Pulcini house. A blend of Trebbiano harvested when the grapes still unripe to obtain a juice with high acidity and of Tuscan Malvasia harvested in the super-ripening phase to then extract with the maceration on the skins for 15 days as much matter and aromas as possible. Thus an exciting blend with a spectacular drink is born, a delicately soft but also vibrant wine sip after sip, with a mix of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and apricot, but also herbs such as chamomile and tea. A few hundred and unmissable bottles produced...!
