About him: it's Emilie's most complex white wine and it's a masterpiece! It remains light and super drinkable thanks to the salinity of the terroir and the low alcohol content, but is enriched with numerous notes based on yellow-fleshed fruits with the classic notes of Garnatxa Blanca (Grenache Blanc) that slowly come out and make it even more sparkling!
