Food matches: super as an aperitif, but also excellent with seafood, oysters and fresh cheeses
About him: splendid Aligotè with grapes from the vineyards of Coutil Vergy (40 years of age) located at 400 m.s.l.m. in the Vosne Romanée hill. Practically on the opposite side of the Cru Romanèe Conti. Soft pressing and very light contact with the skins, just to give the wine more volume and a delicate very refined tannic vein. It's a nectar of cleanliness and superior class, with a great fruity note embellished with mineral and iodized notes. The best Aligotè in the world!!!
