About him: Gamay, a masterpiece of minerality and complexity! From vineyards of over eighty years, here is the Lulu cuvée, gourmet and velvety, with animal and spicy notes, and where red fruits are abundantly evident. The destemmed harvest macerates in semi-carbonic for many months in amphora and ages for about twelve months in old oak barrels.
