Mostly Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, but also a few of Sauvignon Blanc to round it all off. About ten days of relax on the skins and aging in steel for about a year.
Aromatic bomb of white flowers and herbs, tannin well present, but which thanks to an excellent flavor and acidity leaves a simple and fun drink. Name of the label dedicated to the character of Italo Calvino, Marcovaldo, a spontaneous, naive man and a bit of a dreamer, just like this Parma terroir juice.
