Gamay from Beaujolais! These few words would be enough to describe it as it perfectly reflects the tradition of this vine grown and vinified in this splendid area beyond the Alps.
Ten days of semi-carbonic maceration and subsequent age in large old wooden barrels until the producer deems it ready to be bottled. A note for the vineyards forming part of an old plot within Michel's farm, an area classified as Beaujolais Villages.
Delicate and light Gamay, with initially a lot of carbonic which, as it disperses, gives way to delicate tannins, infinite herbaceous and red fruit notes, lots of minerality, some spicy notes but above all lots of goodness.
