Food matches: exceptional as an aperitif or to serve with appetizers.
About him: super fresh and super juicy, "Mino" has a light body, but offers a sip of sour red fruit - cranberry, black cherry and red currant. The wine is crunchy and edgy, with subtle herbaceous notes. To be drunk preferably fresh!
