Always a pleasure to drink Silvia's wines! This is the new Molinarosa which, unlike previous vintages, is free from bubbles and can express itself in all its unexpected elegance. Molinara with short semi-carbonic maceration followed by a bit of relax in steel. Ripe cherries in evidence both in the aromas and on the palate where in addition to this it denotes a perfectly balanced drink between acidity and sapidity. Beautiful beautiful!
