About him: from the recovery of old mixed vineyards sites at 500/600 m, here is the legendary Olla Blanc, one of the cuvées that has become an icon in the repertoire of the ever more talented Tom Lubbe. A wine with a fabulous 10% alcohol, obtained from the co-fermentation of Muscat a Petit Grains and d'Alexandrie plus Macabeu to evoke the intense aroma of apricot, lime, lemon balm and ginger.On the palate it's purely magical! All the notes perceived on the nose are combined with creaminess, beautiful tannic structure and surprising length. A wine you would always want another glass of!!!
