Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir from three different terroirs with vineyards aged from 30 to 50 years located on the Rhine border
Alcohol: 13% vol
Wine making: spontaneous fermentation; carbonic maceration for two weeks keeping the grapes from different vineyards separate
Aging: the three terroirs are assembled for agement which lasts about 18 months in old oak barrels; no addition of sulphites, clarification or filtration
Serve at: 14-16° C
Food matches: super as an aperitif, but also excellent with mixed ground appetizers and not too tasty ground dishes
About him: exceptional Pinot Noir! An explosion of freshness for a wine of irrepressible vitality and with more herbaceous than fruity sensations, lots of minerality and as always an irrepressible drinkability.
