About him: one of the fundamental vines from Alsace revisited with the hand of mr. Dreyer, a real treat! Of course, like almost all Jean-Marc whites, it's a maceration, aged in old wooden barrels and obviously without inputs or sulphites, at any stage of the winemaking process. Frankly, a wine like this has to be drunk to be believed...!
