Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with 15 days maceration in fiberglass without temperature control;
Aging: in fiberglass barrels; two decanting of clarification are carried out following the lunar phases. In late spring it's bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtration
Serve at: 10-14 °C
Food matches: spectacular orange-colored aperitif!
