About him: super fresh pet nat passion!!! Grapes harvested in two stages; the first batch was fermented spending one night of contact with the skins while the second, harvested a week later, fermented on the skins for about a week before the batches were assembled with about 15% of 2018 Bacchus. Bottled in October and hand disgorged in March 2020. Frightening freshness and minerality!!!
