Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration on the skins for 5 days for 90% of the mass
Aging: about 6 months in steel; no addition of sulphites, clarification or filtration
Serve at: 10-14° C
Food matches: super as an aperitif, but also excellent with mixed seafood appetizers and not too tasty fish dishes
