Aging: in steel; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites

About him: the nose offers beautiful floral and peppery notes reminiscent of hot stone and black fruits. On the palate it's very generous, full and fresh. A perfect wine to be paired with oriental or African, North African or sub-Saharan cuisines, or to accompany in a summer barbecue. Spices, even chilli, will suit him very well. We love it!!!
