About him: "Granitic Gamay" a la Bouju from its own vineyards located on volcanic soils. The grapes are all de-stemmed giving a softness that mitigates the tension of the acidity. The fruit is bright and agile with a fresh acidity that captures the jaw like chewing a berry. The footprint of the soils is strong; this is really one of those Gamays who knows he has been filtered through stone. B stands for Banger.
