Aging: Sauvignon Blanc aged in 680 liter ceramic eggs; Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris in old exhausted wooden barrels. No clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-12 °C
Food matches: appetizers, grilled fish, pasta with white fish sauce, hot fish appetizers.
