About him: the portrait of all Eduardo's white grapes scattered in the vineyards on the north side of Etna. It's the result of two separate harvests, first all the vineyards located between 550 and 700 m asl, then the grapes from the vineyards between 700 and 930 m asl. After a short maceration on the skins and aging for at least eight months in old wooden barrels, the wines are blended in cement and subsequently bottled.Thus was born a white that exudes minerality and infinite complexity, typical features of the volcanic terroir of origin. It's rich, powerful and delicately tannic, with infinite notes of pure aroma of the fruits and flowers of this magical land.
