The dark side of the Pinot Noir of Auvergne!
Dark, deep and structured, with hints of ripe red fruits, super tannin, smoky wood notes plus spices and herbs. A wine to be drunk in combination with beautiful full-bodied meat dishes given its power.
The grapes come from a vineyard over forty years old, they are macerated for about three weeks and aged in old wooden barrels. Beautiful interpretation of a muscular Pinot Noir.
