The first pet nat strongly desired by Emilie, Raphael's partner and colleague.
Half, Gamay from Beaujolais and a third of Pinot Noir macerated in whole grain for about five days, while the balance of the blend is made up of directly pressed Gamaret.
Cherries and minerals on the nose. Delicately explosive bubbles, dry and direct on the palate with notes always of red fruit and bittering herbs. Super refreshing drink!
