Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in whole cluster of two weeks for Müller-Thurgau and Scheurebe while the other grapes are pressed directly.

Aging: in old large wooden barrels; no filtration, clarification or addition of sulphites

Serve at: 8-12° C
