Sauvignon Blanc carbonically on relax on the skins for four months with the addition of a pinch of Pedro Ximenez (native Spanish vine imported to Australia around 1830). Vinification and aging in old super exhausted wooden barrels for a total of about one year.

Super fruity, mostly tropicals and certainly exotics; infinite vitality despite the long maceration, then opens with delicate notes of herbs, flowers and spices, with a long finish that leaves behind the desire to immediately fill the glass and quickly drain another one! Super Super Super!!!
