Aging: after maceration the grapes are gently pressed with an old manual press and left to age in steel; no filtered or clarified and without added sulfur
Serve at: 10-14° C
About him: 100% Xarel-lo, perhaps the most representative grape variety of the area and which fits perfectly into the salty and calcareous terroir that radiates through the wines obtained from the vineyards planted in that of Penedès. And of course, even in this case it's no exception!
Like fresh spring water with a pinch of salt. The taste is full of minerality, acidity, infinite salinity and a little lemon. But it's not for iced tea drinkers ;)
