About him: made from Trebbiano grapes that come from old 50-year-old vineyards raised in biodynamic, it´s straw-yellow in color. The nose is complex with hints of ripe fruit, wild herbs, combined with hints of wax and white peach aromas. On the palate it´s warm, elegant, with good minerality and acidity.
