G-RAY gamma rays of Pinot Grigio Ramato!!!
Almost one year after its first vintage, we can still fortunately appreciate the evolution given by the right and deserved aging in bottle!
The last unmissable gamma rays for the first and by now unobtainable vintage of the legendary G-Ray, born from an idea by Andrea Marchetti created together with Andrea Pendin through Armonia Lab. The grapes come from an old Pinot Grigio vineyard on volcanic soil with basalt and sand and treated without the use of synthetic products, with the utmost respect for the plants and the balance of the vineyard. During the vinification the contact of a week with the skins gives it the natural coppery color and the short passage of aging in wood defines it in detail, giving us a joyful and above all very good wine, with easy and enjoyable drinking!
