Wine Symphony presents ELIOS SICILY

Elios was born from the passion of two young Sicilian friends with the strong conviction that the wine should be conceived by a natural vinification that excludes an invasive intervention and the use of chemical substances. A wine that is pure expression of the nature and the territory from which the grapes come, because it must not be a product to be adapted to the taste of the consumer, but an expression of the nature and characteristics of the territory from which it comes!

BIANCO MACERATO 2017 Orange wine obtained from the blend of Grillo, Catarratto and Zibibbo. 20 days maceration on the skins, for a wine with aromas and flavors of candied grapes, apricot and orange peel; EXTRAORDINARY!!!
