Grinton Blanc '18 by Ombretta Agricola

The super Alex Della Vecchia never ceases to amaze us! Here is his Chardonnay Grinton Blanc, macerated for 30 days and aged in steel for about 18 months; no filtration, clarification and addition of sulphites.

Very fresh and vibrant, easy to drink and low in alcohol. Immediately many citrus fruits, then as soon as it warms in the glass, delicate honey notes appear which lead to a rightly savory finish. Excellent!!!
