Aging: in fiberglass; no addition of sulphites; no clarified or filtered

Serve at: 8-12 °C

Food matches: fish dishes not too cooked

Mistione, like its name, is an assembly of both white and red grapes, all briefly macerated and mixed together after aging. Citrus fruits, small red fruits, sapid, a joyful and fantastically fun wine! Yippie ya yeah to the mythical friends of Vinco!!!
