Spontaneous fermentation with long maceration on the skins during which the grapes, after destemming, are left in part whole grain and in part slightly crushed with the feet and put by hand in small concrete pans without the use of pumps; then the aging in wood and concrete follows for almost two years.
A wine that expresses all the elegance and power of the grape mixed with a fantastic territory! Chapeau!!!
