Grape varieties: 85% Ottonese, 10% Trebbiano, 5% Moscato
Alcohol: 11,5% vol
Wine making: half of the grapes were pressed with the feet without being de-stemmed and immediately afterwards they were pressed directly with the hydraulic press. The other half, after having been de-stemmed and crushed, macerated for 12 hours before being pressed with a hydraulic press.
Aging: 7 months in fiberglass on the fine lees
Serve at: 8-10° C
Food matches: aperitif and various hors d'oeuvres of both land and sea
