Rosé obtained from Coda di Volpe Rossa grape, an ancient and rare Campanian vine that was planted in the middle of the Aglianico rows
Two days maceration and then one year in chestnut casks followed by 6 months in bottle.
Super intense aromas of dried flowers with hints of candied fruit notes; dry, splendid acidity and long finish for a rare jewel made just in few hundred bottles per vintage.
Unmissable for the natural wine passionate!!!
