Wine with a light peach color with fine and persistent perlage. Floral and white fruit notes as well as light notes of white pepper. Thanks to the presence of its own yeasts, satisfying notes of yeast and bread crust emerge. On the palate, thanks to the total absence of sugars, it stands out for its marked acidity and long persistence.
